RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2024 - Our plants

After many years attending the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Barlow Tyrie is delighted to display our furniture on an open-ground site for the first time. Our outdoor space has been beautifully designed by Katy Terry of Good Grounding. Key feature plants include Carpinus betulus Parasol Trees, Carpinus betulus Hedging, Taxus baccata Spirals.

'To showcase this stunning furniture, I designed a garden stand to reflect the essence Barlow Tyrie embodies as one of the oldest established English names in outdoor furniture. I created an English garden setting using high-quality products and craftsmanship against a native hedgerow with a sophisticated planting scheme.'

The stage for our furniture is set using Smoked Oak Millboard, a high-quality wood-free composite decking, alongside premium Italian porcelain as an alternative to natural stone. Both were chosen for durability and refined aesthetics in soft colours, all set off against a dark grey background.
